Blu Moon’s sailing boat owner Franco Rossini, whom Metaltex is co-sponsor; wins the European Championship, the regatta took place in the waters of the IJsselmeer (Netherlands).

The overwhelming superiority of the Italian-Swiss team led by Flavio Favini that out of 11 races, won 5 in first place and 2 in second place. An experienced crew that has already led Blu Moon to win the world championship in Key West in 2001, and the European in Neustadt in 2007.

In collaboration with Metaltex and WireWorld logistics, the boat is ready to be transferred into the waters of the Pacific Ocean, to compete with the best American and Australian boats in the World Championship: Sperry Top-Sider Melges 24, to be held in San Francisco.
