On 21-22 May 2011 were held in Liestal (BL) the national Swiss championships of Idiaca. Our colleague from Metaltex Head office Cristina Fontana, along with the rest of the team Group Indiaca Morbio won two national titles.
The women's team won for the fourth consecutive year, while the mixed team won the title for the second consecutive year.

Indiaca originates from Brazil, a team sport and you play as in volleyball, in a field divided by a net. The ball, hit with hands, is made of hard leather with feathers attached. A popular sport played in Germany and Estonia, with high-level federations in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Poland, Japan, Brazil.
