METALTEX unveils the fourth phase of expansion to its factory in Guangzhou.
The new hall of the Metaltex factory in China has been officially opened on March 31st, 2007.
This 4th expansion will greatly increase the space dedicated to logistics, which becomes more and more important thanks to the continuous developments the Group enjoys in China.
The Guangzhou factory now also hosts a new 200 sq.meter show-room.
Metaltex began its activity in Guangzhou in 1992. It has been the first Chinese Company in the housewares field to obtain SA 8000 certification (Social Accountability towards its employees). It is also ISO 9001 certified.
Metaltex's facilities in Guangzhou are a continuous evolution, today at over 8,000 covered square meters and with more than 150 employees.
In the Pearl River Delta the Group can count also on its Hong Kong office, which employs 10 staff who act as liaisons between Metaltex in China and the other Metaltex branches in Europe and the Americas.
